Lenovo launches new high end gaming monitor Legion Y25-30

For CES in 2022, Lenovo will have a far larger Legion gaming gear assortment, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and other accessories.
It has just been announced that the new Legion Y25-30 gaming display will be available in the coming weeks. With a 1920×1080 (FHD) resolution and a 24.5-inch screen, it should be able to run at high frame rates even on a low-end PC.
AMD’s FreeSync Premium technology with a refresh rate of 240 Hz and 0.5 ms (MPRT) allow the monitor to handle a wide range of applications, including games. Because of these features, it should be competitive with the top PC gaming displays now available.

In addition to VESA DisplayHDR 400, the IPS panel is TÜV certified for minimal blue light. This monitor has 99 percent sRGB color coverage and 8-bit color depth, thus it should be suitable for professional use. Color and HDR will help with photo editing, while the dual built-in 3W speakers will help with video editing. The stand may be tilted, swivelled, lifted, and pivoted providing a variety of ergonomic options.
The monitor’s backside has a lot of ports for connecting devices. Two HDMI 2.0 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4 port are available for visual input. The single USB-B upstream port converts to four USB-A 3.2 (Gen 1) downstream connectors, each with a 3.5mm audio jack. The monitor comes with a Kensington lock slot if you want to use it in an open area like as a local area network (LAN) party. Estimated for release in May 2022, the Legion Y25-30 monitor is expected to retail for around $340.
